I ordered the Oil Free Liquid Foundation in 05. Ivory, but unfortunately, I received a completely different (much darker) shade. While the box says "Ivory 5", the bottle itself has no label to confirm this, and I’m 100% sure this is not Ivory.
I reached out to customer support via WhatsApp multiple times. After several days of no response, someone finally replied and told me they had actually sent a different shade – Fair 01 – which makes the situation even more confusing. I was then asked to pay an additional Rs. 300 for delivery to exchange the item, which I agreed to despite the inconvenience.
Now, it's been four more days and I haven’t received the replacement nor any further response from the seller. This whole experience has been quite disappointing, especially given the lack of clear communication and delay in resolving the issue.
I hope the team improves the quality control and responsiveness for future customers.
