The colour of powder is more towards pink side and bright. Those having pink white complexion can use it. I have olive undertones, and i bought it because it looked like it would suit me.it does minimize the appearance of pores. I checked without base
I don't know what it would be like on base. Looks good to me. There was no cheap fragrance in the product and I liked the amount that came out as I have struggled getting loose powder on the pad in the past with other products.
Overall good product. Pocket friendly and good results.
